Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns. This helps us maintain hygiene standards and product safety for all our customers.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at help@berribox.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Refunds are not applicable on purchased boxes or products unless explicitly approved after a quality review. In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet our review criteria.

Cancellation Policy: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as Berri Box products are curated and packed specifically for you. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
